A graduate of the New England Culinary Institute in 1996, Liane has been cooking for most of her life. She has worked in restaurants in Portland, Maine, Nashville, Tennessee and here in Vermont.

A 1999 graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, Daniel worked at Vermont's Blue Seal Restaurant and at the Trappe Family Lodge before accepting the executive chef position at the Bolton Valley Ski Resort. Daniel is a passionate chef who brings exceptional detail to every event and every dish. His attention to creative design brings the look of every event to new heights every time.


Brandi Samson

Brandi Samson

Brandi oversees all of the day to day office tasks and is often the first person you will meet when contacting Let's Pretend. She will begin your estimate, answer questions and start your planning process. Once you have booked, she will assign your event manager, whom will takeover your planning and will see your event through to the very end.
