The free consultation is a great way to familiarize yourself with the process of hiring and working with a caterer. You'll meet our chefs and planners and take a tour of our kitchen. It's also a great way to see our style and leave with some creative thoughts about your wedding day.

We strive to give as accurate an estimate as possible. To do so we'll need to know a bit about your plans: From number of guests to style of service and food choices. Our estimates are very complete. When comparing to another caterer, it is important to know if you are comparing apples to apples. Here are a few things to keep in mind regarding your quote from Let’s Pretend Catering:

1. HAND CRAFTED FOOD & CUSTOM MENUS
We build custom menus tailored to your event and all of the food is hand crafted in our kitchen. We use fresh, seasonal ingredients and do not serve frozen, pre-made items as others may. While it may utilize a lot of labor, it gives us ultimate control in quality as well as dietary factors.

2. WE SUPPORT LOCAL & REGIONAL FARMERS
Simply put, their dedication to quality comes through in every dish we create. We pay more for their product, but their flavor and freshness cannot be replaced.
